Your First Visit

We are so excited and honored that you’ve decided to place your trust in us. We look forward to smiling with you! Your first visit is a great time for us to get to know each other. It is important that you are ready to take an active role in your oral health, and that you trust us as your oral health advisors.

At this first visit, we want to gain a good understanding of who you are – preexisting conditions, medications, diet, lifestyle habits, fears, concerns, goals, budget, etc. We also want to know your favorite color, your dog’s name, what you’re watching on Netflix right now, and anything else you want to tell us! We want to get to know YOU!

Your first visit will include:

Discussion of dental concerns
Comprehensive x-rays
Comprehensive oral exam
Dental cleaning
Presentation of treatment options

What you should bring:

New Patient Forms
Insurance card & ID
Prescription/medication list
X-rays less than a year old (if possible)

Appointment Information

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24-hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Payment Options

Insurance Coverage

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. In addition, we will work with you on an individual basis to maximize your insurance reimbursements, your budget, and timetable.

We work hard to help you understand what we hope you can expect from your insurance reimbursement and at no time guarantee what your insurance company will or will not pay for each individual claim. For any general questions you may have, our team will be happy to answer them to the best of their ability.

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

To accommodate all of your other financial obligations, we accept a variety of payment methods for your dental treatment:

Flexible Financing

At Wince Family Dental Associates, we believe quality dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re happy to offer flexible financing options to help our patients get the care they need, without breaking the bank.

Financing plans feature no interest if paid in full for 6 or 12 months and low monthly payment plans with small finance fees for up to 60 months.

There are no annual fees, setup costs, or prepayment penalties.

No Insurance? No Problem!

Elite Smiles Dental Savings Program

Wince Family Dental Associates knows things happen. If you don’t have dental insurance, we can help with our own in-office Elite Smiles Dental Savings program. Whether you just need coverage for a single person or more than one family member, you can choose either an annual or monthly option and receive certain services with the price of membership, plus 15% off all additional treatments.
